1. The above rates are valid with immediate effect till 31st December 2008.
2. Rates offered is in Ringgit Malaysia and with complimentary breakfast.
3. Complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water in the room on a daily basis.
4. Complimentary broadband connection in room.
5. Extra bed is charged at RM 45.00 ++ per night and is inclusive of breakfast for one person.

Surcharge of RM 50.00 nett per room per night applies during peak seasons as below :-

• 01st January 2008 (New Year)
• 05th February till 10th February 2008 (Chinese New Year)
• 29th September till 04th October 2008 (Hari Raya)
• 20th December – 31st December 2008 (Christmas & New Year’s eve)

Terms And Conditions

1. Reservations can be made directly with the Reservations Department via Fax at : 04-263 4124 or through e-mail to reservations.bhgp@bayviewhotels.com
2. The above rates is subjected to 10% service charge and 5% government tax and is NON commission.
3. Check-in time is after 2.00pm and check-out time is at 12.00 noon.
4. Early check-in, late check-out or extension of stays must be requested in advance and will be subjected to rooms availability.
5. Cancellation and revision of bookings must be received at least (03) days before check-in date, otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to (01) night stay will be charged.
6. In the event of no show / cancellations received on the check-in date , full charges equivalent to the entire stay will be imposed.
7. All bills must be settled in cash or by credit card upon check-out.
8. The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alterations by the government and service charge amendments
